Define The Goals
I start by defining what success actually looks like, beyond the surface-level ask. This means understanding the business objective, the role this initiative plays in the broader marketing ecosystem, and what we need to achieve from both a brand and performance standpoint.
I evaluate goals through multiple lenses including audience behavior, market context, and measurable outcomes to ensure we are solving the right problem. Once that is clear, every decision that follows is aligned, focused, and built to drive results.
Design The Strategy
From there, I build a strategy that connects insight to execution. This includes defining who we are targeting, where we show up, and how we communicate in a way that resonates, converts, and strengthens brand reputation.
