What Drives Me

I grew up outside Philadelphia and, after graduating from Penn State, lived in Wisconsin and Asheville before relocating to Salt Lake City to pursue a passion for rock climbing.

I’m driven by growth and curiosity, both professionally and personally, and spend my time exploring the outdoors through climbing, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking.

I balance that with creative and mindful practices like gardening, pottery, and pilates, and maintain a strong interest in cultural learning, particularly Native American history, as well as stewardship of the Utah desert I now call home.

My Inspiration & Creativity

I care deeply about the places I travel to. I don’t just want to see them, I want to understand them. I’m genuinely curious about the culture, the food, and the way people live, and I try to experience each place with intention and respect. For me, travel is about connection, learning, tasting, and immersing myself in the cultures that the marginalized fight for their lives to protect.

While I’ve experienced the all-inclusive side of travel, that’s not what drives me. What truly motivates me are the small, meaningful moments, connecting with locals, stepping into their daily lives, and sharing culture, ideas, and food. I’m drawn to genuine experiences, taking the time to understand people, learn what they care about.

Who You're Hiring

I’m driven, but also self-aware.
I don’t just want to succeed—I want to understand how and why I’m succeeding. I regularly reflect on my work, my growth, and my relationships so I can keep improving.

I combine creativity with strategy.
I think big-picture about brand, campaigns, and direction, but I also care deeply about execution—design details, copy, layout, and performance.

I care deeply about relationships.
I put real effort into the people in my life. I value connection, communication, and feeling like that effort is mutual.

I’m a builder.
I like creating things from the ground up—whether it’s a marketing strategy, a website, a brand, or a physical space. I take initiative and bring ideas to life.

I want my impact to be recognized.
I go above and beyond, and it matters to me that my work is seen, valued, and taken seriously.

I hold myself to a high standard.
I don’t settle for “good enough.” I take pride in doing things well and often push beyond what’s expected of me.

I take initiative without waiting for permission.
When I see a gap, I step in and figure it out. I don’t wait to be told—I build, test, and improve proactively.

I’m detail-oriented in a way that elevates my work.
I notice the small things—tone, spacing, flow, visual balance—and use them to create polished, intentional outcomes.

I have an entrepreneurial mindset.
I naturally think in terms of ownership, growth, and long-term potential, whether I’m working within a company or building something of my own.

I’m highly perceptive of social dynamics.
I pick up on subtle shifts in people and group energy. It can make me sensitive at times, but it also gives me strong emotional intelligence and awareness.

I thrive when I feel valued and included.
When I feel chosen and appreciated—whether at work or in my personal life—I’m more confident, relaxed, and fully myself.

I tend to put a lot of effort into relationships.
I’m someone who shows up, initiates, and gives. I care deeply about connection, and I value when that effort is mutual.

I’m in a phase of actively building my life.
Across my career, creative work, home, and personal life, I’m intentionally growing and evolving—I’m not someone who stays stagnant.

I value both autonomy and mentorship.
I like taking ownership and figuring things out, but I also appreciate guidance and having someone who recognizes my potential and advocates for me.

I’m good at making complex things clear.
I naturally take complicated systems or ideas and break them down into something understandable and usable for others.

I care about both function and aesthetics.
I want things to work well, but I also care that they feel intentional, thoughtful, and visually aligned with a bigger vision.

I’m resilient, even when things are hard.
I take things to heart, but I don’t shut down—I reflect, process, and keep moving forward. Im not just chasing titles or pay- I want to do work that feels creative, impactful, and true to who I am.

I’m motivated by meaningful, aligned work.
Im not just chasing titles or pay- I want to do work that feels creative, impactful, and true to who I am.
